I am so fortunate to serve in many different roles - mother, social worker, yoga teacher - and the common thread that flows through them all is my desire to provide support by meeting people where they are at, recognizing each individual's or family's strengths, and holding space in the midst of often transformative experiences.

My approach is to first listen and observe and then guide people to follow their own path, while acknowledging the real impacts of challenges that may be present. Being pregnant, parenting, making it through a yoga class - can all be both wonderful and challenging! I hope to provide support in a way that builds confidence and promotes overall well-being. My goal is to help people achieve a balance between self-care and caring for others.

I enjoy serving people of all diverse backgrounds, with a particular interest and expertise in working with people with disabilities or other special health care needs.
